We love Christmas. And we love the Christmas season.

Lots of things are coming these next few weeks: Candlelight services, Madrigals, ugly sweater day, and in-house snowball fights, just to name a few. And of course, Christmas Eve. Scroll below for what's coming this season.

December 1 | The Season Begins

The Christmas season begins at FOF.

December 8 | Merrie Olde England Christmas and Snowball Fight

The McHenry High School Madrigals return to lead classic carols. Get ready for an all-out snowball fight during worship.

December 15 | Festive Wear

Wear your most festive Christmas clothing or ugly Christmas sweater.

December 22 | Rock Pajama Party & White Elephant

Rock kids have a Christmas pajama party at 9am and sing with the band during 10am worship. Bring a wrapped, white elephant gift and "bless" someone during our all-church gift exchange.

Prepare him room this season. Candlelight services of lessons, carols, and contemplation. Dinner 5-6pm. Service at 6pm. Childcare provided during service for infant-5 year olds. Family Advent activities available during dinner.

Two services rooted in the Christmas story.

10am | High energy, full band

Rock Kids for infant-5 year olds. No 9am Discipleship Hour.

10pm | Candlelight service in a contemplative setting

Doors open at 9pm. Come early for Christmas cookies and hot chocolate.

Advent by Candlelight - Friday, Dec 6 @ 7-9PM

Ladies, save the date for an evening filled with friendship, inspiration, and laughter that you won't want to miss. Gather a group of friends to join you, or come and make some new friends. Bring a favorite appetizer or dessert to share. Want to add a personal touch? Bring your own table decorations and place settings. Seats filled up fast last year, so make sure you register early.
