Communications Director | firstname.lastname@example.org
How did you come into a relationship with Christ?
I grew up in the church, but the first time I recognized my brokenness and need for a savior was during my 8th grade retreat with FOF’s youth ministry, Boulder (the youth ministry formerly known as “Fuse“). After recognizing the ways I was living in sin, God called me into repentance and into a relationship with Him! Find me at FOF sometime to hear the full story!
What do you do at FOF?
As the Communications Director, I am responsible for creating/curating all of the content for FOF’s website, social media, bulletin, newsletter, enews, and announcement slides/loops! If you see something with the FOF stamp on it, chances are I had a hand in it.
Why do you do what you do?
I’m currently double majoring in Marketing and General Management at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and the role of Communications Director is the perfect intersection of ministry and my education. I believe in FOF’s mission and dedication to furthering the Kingdom of God, so I want to do all I can to partner alongside!
At FOF since:
On staff since:
- Director of Social Media Marketing – 31 North Banquets & Catering
- Communications/Worship Intern – FOF
- Civil Engineering Intern – Civiltech Engineering, Inc.
Favorite bible verse(s)?
“Therefore, I urge you, brothers and sisters, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God—this is your true and proper worship. Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.” – Romans 12:1-2
