Fellowship of Faith

Baptism & Membership

Baptism. Membership. Confessing your faith in Christ. Communion. These are some faith steps we encourage people to make in their spiritual journey.

See below for ways to take these steps at FOF.

Looking to be baptized or become a member at FOF? Come to Neo, a one-day workshop designed to help you take this next step.

By attending Neo you are not making a commitment to become a member or be baptized. It’s simply a great, no-pressure way to explore these faith steps.

Our next workshop is Sat, Sept 9, 2017, 9:00-1:00.
RSVP Pastor Dave at pastor@fellowshipoffaith.org.

Life.  New birth.  Washed clean.  Dying to that which destroys us.

It's how the Bible describes baptism.

Take a step in your walk with Christ and come to the water.

Being a member of Fellowship of Faith is not about belonging or having special rights and privileges. Anyone belongs the moment they walk in the door.

Jesus said, “I have come to serve, not be served." Membership means doing the same.  Membership at FOF is about shifting from guest to host.  A member strives to give more than receive, feed before being fed, and serve rather than be served.  Membership means living for something more than ourselves and pouring our lives into the vision and mission God has for Fellowship of Faith.

There’s something powerful about walking with another as they walk with you. Here's how to take this step in your walk with Jesus and commit to this incredible community of Christ followers.

  • Attend FOF regularly for at least 4 months.
  • Come to Neo (see Neo, above).
  • Meet one-on-one with one of our pastors.
  • Commit to our Membership Covenant. (Click for a copy.)
  • Be baptized or make a profession of faith on a Baptism Sunday.

See our Membership Roadmap for more details.

Confirming your faith. Professing your faith. Confessing your faith. A public testimony… Call it what you will. It’s a big step in the life of a believer.

Download our Confirmation Roadmap for info on Confirmation or making a public profession of faith.

Contact Pastor Dave with questions.

FOF regulary practices communion, a special meal that proclaims Jesus' life, death, and resurrection until he returns. It's a powerful way we celebrate our unity with him and each other.

Download our Communion Roadmap for our beliefs on communion or if you're interested in taking it for the first time.
